We are a warm and inviting church with good people, better worship and awesome preaching that is relevant, direct and truthful according to the Bible itself.

What should i expect at a service?

We may be a small church but we are BIG on HOLY SPIRIT and the truth of JESUS CHRIST! Our goal is to disciple the church to reach the world: from our next door neighbors to the people around the world, and all of those in-between!

Everyone is welcome!

We have a nursery area and a developing nursery ministry and children’s ministry to provides for the physical, emotional and spiritual development of your children aged newborn thru 3rd grade. We have a growing youth ministry that teaches the ‘older’ kids 4th grade thru college-aged to not only have their own faith, but how to share it, protect it and live it.

During the service you will worship thru contemporary songs, classic hymns and prayers all while hearing a message that will encourage emotionally, feed you spiritually and guide you mentally from one of our pastors.

Our goal is that when you leave, you have received the Truth of God’s Word, made some new friends, become part of the family and look forward to returning the next week!

What should i expect for my kids?

Our desire is that your children learn to be all that Jesus has called them to be according to His Word. We will teach them to learn the core values of Converse First Baptist Church: Worship, Discipleship, Evangelism, Ministry and Fellowship- the foundational principles of being a well-rounded and developing disciple of Christ. Our goal is to teach your children how to love God and love people thru God’s Word all while living His Word. And to have fun doing so!
